WHO THIS IS FOR
Things are messy. That's the point.
Most product consultants show up when things are going reasonably well. Get Sortd shows up when they're not.
You've got a team but no clear direction. A roadmap that changes every week. A product that should have shipped three months ago. A new CTO who inherited a situation they didn't create. A company mid-pivot with no one holding the thread.
The work is to untangle complexity, align stakeholders, and get products moving. Not run workshops. Not hand over a slide deck. Own the work and drive it forward.
SERVICES
Three problems. All of them solved.
SHIP THE THING
Execution & Delivery
Your team is capable. The problem is ownership, prioritization, or momentum.
Someone needs to take the wheel, scope the work, unblock the path, and drive delivery end-to-end.
FILL THE SEAT
Interim & Fractional
Whether you've lost a key Product Manager, need senior coverage during a leadership transition, or a full-time hire isn't the right move yet.
The gap still needs to be filled by someone senior who can onboard fast and add value in week one, not month one.
FIX THE ROADMAP
Strategy & Alignment
You have a product team but no shared direction. Priorities shift constantly. Engineering is building, just not the right things.
The focus here is getting to the root cause of it, building a strategy and roadmap the team can confidently execute, and getting stakeholder buy-in.
WHY IT WORKS
Enterprise rigour. Startup speed. Senior judgment.
There's a pattern in my career. I step into complex product environments, unclear priorities, messy processes, teams moving fast but not always in the right direction. And I sort it out.
As a Senior Product Consultant, I embed directly into product teams on fixed-term contracts. I work hands-on in the day-to-day: clarifying priorities, improving ways of working, mentoring other product managers, aligning stakeholders, and helping engineering, UX and product make smarter decisions, faster.
I have a technical background, with a computer science degree. My career started in software development and QA before moving into product. That career path means engineering conversations with me are different, I'm not translating requirements and hoping for the best, instead we are working on solving the right problems together.
My experience spans enterprise organizations including Morgan Stanley, Getty Images, and Hitachi Systems. As well as Canadian tech startups across equity management, e-commerce, and travel.
The feedback I hear most often: The noise gets reduced. Priorities become clearer. The hard conversations that were being avoided are finally happening.

02 · A proposal sent within 48 hours. Clear scope, clear pricing.
03 · No lengthy onboarding. Most clients see progress within the first few weeks.
04 · I own the work and drive it forward. You stay informed without being burdened.
